Early California Expo
This year Fourth Grade students participated in an Early California Exposition. Students had the opportunity to showcase their project and present their work to other students and parents. The demonstration took place at Stanford Avenue, in the multipurpose room on February 1st. The students were able to choose a tribe such as the Chumash, Miwok, Cahilla, Hupa among others. In the California Expo, there were many excellent projects. Some of the presentations included games and tools that were developed long time ago. The Expo included students dressed up as Native Americans and provided parents with a tour and information. It was a great experience for everyone, and I hope other students get the opportunity to participate in the future.
